I talked to him on the phone 3 times plus we texted back and forth numerous times. He answered all my questions and guided me through the process to obtain the storage I needed. The facility is excellent - the entry is concrete and inside the storage is also a concrete floor. In addition, the security system is top notch! Anyone needing storage in the Shell Knob area need look no further!”
