Roger and his team was great. The front end of my truck took a hit from a deer which destroyed the front end of my truck, however Roger got my truck all fixed up and back on the road in just 2 days. He could have got it all done in one day if all the parts were in.... Thanks Roger, I'll be making you my new mechanic.

Quick to respond and I’ve used them twice now in the past month for some issues with a boat trailer and both times they’ve got me worked on and going the same day. I can’t say just for everything they do, but they definitely have been great for me and would highly recommend them

Table rock Auto clinic is helping me fix multiple problems that stemmed from taking my Ford 1 ton truck to get a new motor put in it by a different local mechanic who sabotage the entire job. Roger and his team have been more than patient with all the work and figuring everything out. I’m giving them five stars because of the skill of the labor that they’re putting into my vehicle and the courteous customer service that I’m getting from this company if you need a job done right by people, you can trust who will shoot straight with you. This is definitely the place you wanna bring your vehicle . Thank you, Table Rock Auto clinic for getting me back on the road.

I wouldn't trust this guy if I had his house signed as collateral. No accountability or reliability to his promises. Tried to get an estimate but the outcome was more than double the agreed cost. Never again, try other mechanics that don't try to pull a fast one and overcharge you for everything possible.

If I could do 0 stars I would! We were on vacation at Table Rock Lake but had some issues with our trailer. This business was recommended to us. In my first in person interaction, the owner was passive aggressive and I should have known right then to take my business elsewhere but as we were from out of town, we had limited time and options, I had no choice.
The trailer was making a squealing sound and the wheel hubs were extremely hot to the touch. We asked them to look at the bearings and the brakes. They replaced all 4 bearings and did a $200 dollar brake inspection (I will come back to the inspection later). While towing our boat back home, we noticed one of the bearing buddies fell off and the same axel hubs were extremely hot. We found out later this was due to over greasing from the mechanics at Table Rock Auto Clinic. I had to replace the bearing buddy myself to get us the rest of the way home.
Under the recommendation of our normal and trustworthy mechanic, we brought our trailer in to be inspected. Since the bearing buddy fell off debris could have gotten into the bearing and could cause the bearing to fail. After inspecting the trailer, they determined that: one of the axel bearings were extremely loose. The wheel was rocking back and forth and had excessive play. One axle bearing was too tight. Because of the these issues, they felt it necessary to replace all 4 bearings in case anything else was done incorrectly. Luckily they didn’t damage the spindle when over tightening the one bearing as that was a concern. They gave me the bearings back which had signs of overheating from only roughly 6 hours of use. There is a picture below of one the bearings showing the discoloration which is a sign of overheating.
When I initially attempted to reach out to the owner to discuss the issue, he was passive aggressive again like before but not outwardly rude yet. He told me to call the insurance company on the receipt and make a claim. I didn’t call right away as we have been busy but when I called the insurance company they informed me that they do not cover trailers, only automobiles. I called the business back and the secretary put me on hold presumably to speak with the owner. I was on hold for a bit and then the call ended. I called back but there was no answer. I called back a second time and the owner answered and was extremely rude and combative. He accused me of trying to cheat him. I tried to further discuss the situation but he was yelling over me and I had to hang up. As I look through his responses to reviews on this site it’s clear he is unprofessional and can’t take responsibility for issues with their work. I am not trying to cheat you, in fact you are cheating me. The brake inspection you did was a joke. My repair guy took one look and asked if I had taken the trailer on a gavel road. The squealing was from gravel fragments getting in between the disc and the pads and was not an issue, just annoying. You are the one cheating people and refusing to make a customers whole when you have done poor work. I have already disputed the charge with my credit card company and I have attached part of my receipt showing that Table Rock Auto Clinic did a poor job.
If you want sub standard work done, then by all means go to this place. Don’t expect a refund though when you continue to have issues they were supposed to fix. Now the owner is going to respond to this with a completely unprofessional response.

Roger and his team got me back up and rolling in a really tight situation while in Shell Knob. I am from out of town, and I required a tow as well as some extensive diagnosis/repairs… The Table Rock Auto Clinic staff were swift, friendly, informative, and got my 4Runner driving smoother than it ever had previously! I’m very thankful

It really depends on the situation if this mechanic will be good for you. If it's a straightforward, simple operation and you catch them in a good mood, they're what you want in a mechanic. Catch them on a bad day or have something a little more nuanced and it's going to be the run around with lots of nonsense value-building, quote dodging and/or price hiking.
Reading through the 1 star reviews it's clear to see that Roger handles unfortunate situations with an asinine ego. So if everything goes well then everything is fine, if things go wrong you'll have a pretty aggravating experience.
Overall my assessment is that when they're confident with the job, they'll give you a fair estimate and they'll meet that. When they're not confident they'll give you a hard time. That's your red flag to take that particular job to a mechanic that can handle your needs without needless complication.
Changed from a 3 star to a 1.
This response from the owner confirmed that this business is run by an ego and not a businessman.
His story is unrelated and looks like he just canceled a random customer's appointment.

Very clean and professional business! The owner, Randy, is very attentive and right on top of things.
Interactions with the employees was nothing but professional and friendly.
