Very impressed with Caliber! Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. My vehicle looks great! The paint color matches exactly. They washed and vacuumed my vehicle. I was shocked when I saw it! Should I need body work in the future, I’ll definitely go back to Caliber. I will also recommend them to anyone. James at the front desk did a great job as well. Thank you!

Everyone that I encountered was pleasant, professional and I appreciate this company and employees doing a job well done. The paint job is excellent. I also appreciate keeping me updated on progress through the portal. I was extremely elated to be back in my vehicle! If additional services are needed I will definitely use this establishment . Thank you to all the staff members that completed my car repairs due to the accident.

I'm unbelievably disappointed with this shop. I had hail damage repaired here and I'm not at all satisfied. They had a paintless dent repair company do most of the dents. It was elected to have the shop replace and paint the hood, this is where the trouble begins. When I went to pick my car up, the hood wasn't aligned properly up on installation. The paint had lots of nibs in the finish. When the car was delivered days later, they had burned through the paint on the edge of the hood. I requested that they make this right. Upon discussing the repair, I had to fight for them to agree to do it right. They kept trying to brush me off with touching it up or blending it. Neither of which is standard for a paint job through insurance. After agreeing to respraying the car, they took it back. I just received it today ...touched up.
I can understand making a mistake or two, but not making it right and lying about it leaves such a terrible taste in my mouth. I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone.

Had a parking lot bump to my rear driver side panel, on my 2025 Honda HRV Sport. They took the time to make sure it was done right. You'd never know the car had been touched. Great communication and customer service! 10/10

Everyone was very friendly. They helped me with a second estimate I requested and with securing a rental. I was kept informed throughout the process and the car was done early. The work was exceptional and my car looks great now. Very satisfied!
