Staff actively refuses to get product from the back of the store that they even admit they have and suggest waiting till tomorrow to come and see if it's in the shelf

I just left this location and the woman working kept following me around she clearly thought I was trying to steal something when I didn’t even bring in a bag nor did my pants have pockets. I walked in with my phone vape and wallet, looking for new tools for my kit as I just graduated cosmetology school. She asked if I needed anything I told her no I was just browsing and then as I was about to leave she said that I was pacing a lot and if I couldn’t find what I needed which to me was an implication that I was acting suspiciously and that’s when I explained to her why I was there and then she asked questions about where I went to school as if she didn’t believe my reasoning for being there. Regardless of my race I felt profiled and will not be coming back to this location!

The woman at the counter tonite was so very helpful. Since the store wasn't busy she took time to explain details about several products to me to help guide me to the right choice for my needs. I was kind of lost and she gave me much needed suggestions and direction.

The lady working was completly rude. I had asked her some questions about hair dye and she clearly was annoyed, she didnt even answer my question. I had some products in my hands and i sat a product down on the shelf to read the back of a different item. The lady workier came up to me and asked me to make sure put i put things where i found them . Its was almost closing time (she told me 2 times that they were closing soon). Im checking out i realize that i had to split the payment between cash and card she runs it, decline. i realize i grabbed the wrong card and needed to use a different one. The lady rolled her eyes and let out a huge sigh..... (more things happend durring my vist) Well after the eye roll and the sigh I just wanted to leave. So i didnt get to buy the items i needed

Yolanda was the biggest help today, she also helped me with my needs the last time I came in to the store awhile back .. no question that she is a valuable asset to you at Sally’s. What a great shopping experience I had at this Sally's last week. Whitney demonstrates an exceptional level of knowledge about hair color. For every question I had, she explained so much about various products, their processes and results. I left there feeling quite confident of being able to color my own hair like a pro. Best part is the $$ I'll save compared to spending two hours at a salon. She's not the manager but her expertise and service level is such that if she ever aspired to be the manager, she should absolutely be given the opportunity!!
