“I had my truck done here, I had to have a new back bumper and a few other things done and replaced, a back up camera, and I’m not sure what all, ( car talk is confusing to me) they was super kind, easy to work with, and stayed in touch with me the whole time, made sure I was in a rental and not without a vehicle! Was super fast and reasonable timing getting it all done! It looks great! Very glad I used this shop! ?”

“I'm an OTR driver for a locally based trucking company. Yesterday I had occasion to meet one of your employees, Scott. Sorry I don't remember his last name.
I was in my personal auto, a 2005 Tundra, and coming out of a store I found my battery absolutely dead.
Scott was parked next to me and seeing my hood raised offered to help.
Though surely his work day was over, he went and fetched a jump box and stuck with me untill I could head to a parts store and purchase a new battery, and would not accept any gratuity for the "overtime" he put in helping a complete stranger.
I know folks will complain when they think something is bad. I just wanted you to know that I have met one of your best. Thanks for having exceptional employees like Scott.”

“They totally get a five star ready to help me the second I stepped through the door I'd spent several days trying to find the thermal coupler I need it for a propane Mr heater I could not find one anywhere at Lowe's nowhere then someone suggested going to slushers they definitely had it and it looked like a big variety of other stuff I must say I'm sorry Lowe's lost a customer flushers game to customer plus I can help keep my money local.”

“Firstly, I don’t often write reviews unless the service was excellent, and or disastrous. But I will say this when I take the time to write one I’m going to make sure all who read it know the company I’m reviewing.

I’m giving 5 stars to this body shop because they went above and beyond for someone they didn’t even know.

The Story:
I had a 23 LT1 Camaro still under 11k miles at the time, and is my first new car purchase ever. I needed someone who understands that the working class men & women who aren't rich by no means, but work for what they’ve got want to have nice things too.

After meeting David and his crew I felt right at home. I brought the car in for paint touch up, and minor paint repairs from a Semi truck that had an unsecured load fly off, and thus scratched my car’s bumper a little bit on the interstate one day.

The good:
David and his crew had my car in and out in under a month. They took on my Car the day I brought it to them. I asked around who would be the best body shop for my high end car to be repaired correctly, and all the local folks I asked mentioned this shop! They spent more time waiting on insurance than it took for them to actually do the work that they already had completed. which again shows how quick they were to get on it. 10/10 for service and 10/10 on speed of getting the job done, oh and the staff is super friendly.

The Great:
They kept up with me from start to finish and worked with me on things I needed adjusted later on, and some minor things that needed touched up at no extra cost! For someone who stands by their work, they got my business! and I will continue to support these fine men at Backfisch LLC!

The bad & Ugly:(jokingly)
There isn’t none! Even when I had my doubts, or had bad run-ins with other body shops in the past.. I made one phone call after my repairs were done, and David made sure I was happy and everything was correct the way I wanted it! He refused to leave it be until he made sure it was exactly the way I wanted it. It’s rare for someone to stand by their work, it’s even more rare for someone to take time out of their busy day, or stop everyting they’re doing just to answer to me and assist me.

The End:
I can’t say one bad thing about this body shop because there isn’t anything bad to say! There are few people who stand by their work these days, but these men are those type! Take it from me I trusted them and they’re the only folks who have touched my car besides the dealership.

(They have also done work on my mother’s Honda Pilot in the past and still to this day it is running like new. They rebuild the whole front end, parts and all, after a deer ran out in the road causing the front end collision to her Honda. These folks are very fair & affordable for the amount of work they do!)”

“I can't say enough good about this shop. Two months of struggling with an issue and five other shops who did nothing but take my money and send me on my way with the same problem. The folks in Sikeston listened to the symptoms that I explained. In less than one shift, they had the problem diagnosed and went to work on it. They kept me informed of what was being done and the progress made. The work was done in a timely manner and done thoroughly. If you are tired of shops giving you the run around and just taking your money, go visit the folks in Sikeston, Mo. I'd give them a 100 star review if possible. “I dont normally give a place 5 stars, but the guy that waited on us this night went above and beyond to help us. We broke down 20 minutes from this store. My husband had someone who was kind enough to take him to get the part. Then, after thinking we got a bad part, we paid for another over the phone. They had no one to deliver. The manager in charge that night brought it to us after closing. He went beyond his work duties and showed what a compassionate person he was! We tried to pay him at least some gas money, and he wouldn't accept any. Thank you!!”

“I came in to get a tire changed. The service was very prompt (in and out within 30 minutes) and the team was able to apply my warranty on the tire toward the cost of materials. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and informative. I can’t speak to their ability to handle more complex repairs, but they helped me get back on the road with ease. The waiting area could be a little more comfortable/clean, but I can’t complain too much!”
