“I went here to get new nerf bars on my truck. The pads on my old ones were breaking and falling off. So I originally went here to get new pads , but after them taking the EXTRA time to find some, the company had redesigned them. So they were gonna try to engineer some new pads. After them being put thru so much difficulty because of this, Dwight @ VanPools had told me they were working on it. So I asked him why don't you just order me new nerf bars, he said we can do that. AND they did, then came and picked up my truck from work put them on and brought my truck back to me. Now if you ask me,"THAT IS WHAT I CALL GOING BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY." “We broke down on the main road and Cummins in Sikeston was the closest place to limp our van to. I was just trying to see if I could tell what the problem was and figured I would have to be towed, but the Cummins staff went above and beyond. They diagnosed the problem, and even fixed our van that day since they had time! They got us back on the road in a couple hours instead of my family being broke down an hour from home. Cummins of Sikeston was a huge blessing to us.”

I took the box outside and actually found 2. I took the box in and asked him how much and he told me I could just have them. He made my day. “First time dealing with these guys. Ordered a Mopar EGR Valve for a 5.7 HEMI. Recieved the part in 5 days 3 of which were weekend days Saturday, Sunday/and Juneteenth Monday (very fast). Read a lot of negative reviews to boot about shipping delays, customer service issues, communication skills, etc.... What I've come to realize about this company is this:A. 3rd Strike Performance deals in high-end auto parts that sell themselves at very competative prices, period.B. These are a handful of American car guys with a passion for quality to the consumer and achieving the right application; who are running an on-line business with daily national coverage at a minimum. Not QVC home shopping network robot armies selling junk with phony smiles and no skillsets (i,e,, product knowledge, product application, leadership, etc...) Give them a chance to do what they do best. If you are straight and respectful with them they will be straight and respectful with you guaranteed. Thats not only good business thats benevolence, thats humaneness.C. saving the last star for improvement of website/customer interaction. They're Website definetly gets the job done; for me was a little confusing to navigate and hard to see. “We have nothing but good things to say about the Walmart car care center in Sikeston Missouri. We were traveling down the interstate and had a stressful 20 miles of a horrible rattling sound. The oil change plate had come loose and was flopping and dragging. Robert was awesome and had us in and out in 5 minutes and didn’t even charge us. We are so grateful!!! The employees at the reception desk were wonderfully helpful also. Everyone involved was professional, kind, and courteous.”
