“I can't say enough good about this shop. Two months of struggling with an issue and five other shops who did nothing but take my money and send me on my way with the same problem. The folks in Sikeston listened to the symptoms that I explained. In less than one shift, they had the problem diagnosed and went to work on it. They kept me informed of what was being done and the progress made. The work was done in a timely manner and done thoroughly. “Had an emergency just as they closed with a trailer tire, I wish we would have gotten his name, but we didn't, he stayed over to remove a shredded tire and mount a tire I had as well as fix safety chains on a trailer I had to pick up someone else left stranded... really saved the day!!!”

“I can’t say enough good things about this body shop and the people who work here. From start to finish, they were professional, honest, and truly cared about doing the repair the right way instead of simply taking the easiest route.
Throughout this entire process, they consistently advocated for a proper repair, even when it meant pushing back against the insurance company. They took the time to explain everything, kept me informed, and went above and beyond to make sure my truck was repaired correctly and safely. Every issue that came up was addressed, and they never stopped working until they were satisfied with the quality of the repair.
Unfortunately, what should have been a straightforward repair turned into an incredibly long and frustrating process because of repeated delays and decisions by the insurance company. The body shop was often left waiting on approvals, dealing with unnecessary back-and-forth, and trying to move the repair forward despite those obstacles. None of that was the fault of the shop.
