“I can’t say enough good things about this body shop and the people who work here. From start to finish, they were professional, honest, and truly cared about doing the repair the right way instead of simply taking the easiest route.
Throughout this entire process, they consistently advocated for a proper repair, even when it meant pushing back against the insurance company. They took the time to explain everything, kept me informed, and went above and beyond to make sure my truck was repaired correctly and safely. Every issue that came up was addressed, and they never stopped working until they were satisfied with the quality of the repair.
Unfortunately, what should have been a straightforward repair turned into an incredibly long and frustrating process because of repeated delays and decisions by the insurance company. The body shop was often left waiting on approvals, dealing with unnecessary back-and-forth, and trying to move the repair forward despite those obstacles. None of that was the fault of the shop.
If you’re looking for a body shop that stands behind their work, fights for quality repairs, and genuinely looks out for their customers, I would recommend them without hesitation. Their integrity, communication, and dedication are exactly what you hope to find after an accident. I’m incredibly grateful for everything they did to make sure my truck was repaired the right way.”

“Came for a busted steer airbag, which no one had( Loves, T/A, Petro, and even Southern Tire Mart). Realized the other airbag had taken all the weight so it was bad as well. I checked in bright and early at 0730 am and greeted by both Megan and Amber. I told them about the issues on the truck and was promptly released at 1030 am. Great place for repair and server was awesome. Will surely come back to TLG Peterbilt.”

“I had been having my service engine light and my service 4wd. light coming on and I had taken it to Van Pools twice. They replaced the alternator, a sensor and my thermostat. They said that would fix it. It didn't. I was recommended Brad's Rebuild from a friend and went there. Met Brandon told him my problem. I left it there for him to check out. He found the problem, it was my wire harness had gone bad. And if I would have kept driving it, it would gotten into the computer of my truck and there is no telling what would have happened. Brandon is the best around. I have my truck back and it runs great. And Brandon is very knowledgeable,very friendly, and make sure everything is working right. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BRAD'S REBUILD. They go the EXTRA MILE. Van Pool of Sikeston could learn a lot from Brad's Rebuild. Thank you Brandon you're the man my friend. If I have any kind of trouble I will call them FIRST.”

“This guy has great service. Changed my wheel bearings. I had to get an appointment but price was reasonable. Someone else would have charged me more. I had other issues wrong which had to get all new tires and throttle body was bad which took to the manufacturer for the rest because they specialize in newer vehicles but overall I appreciate how kind he was and really genuine to help. Not a place where I would leave vehicle over night, so appointments I would surely make. Phone is not always answered but I kept calling back and got someone. Mechanic is always working hard on vehicles and a lot of people I notice come here all the time even when I came there someone always pulling up for repairs”

“We brought our vehicle in for a simple oil change. While doing that, they found a large transmission fluid leak. They showed me the problem as soon as they found it. Luckily, my vehicle is still under warranty.I know things like this happen. However, their customer service is top notch. They explained everything to me and kept me informed. They also gave us a loaner vehicle while my vehicle is getting fixed. The service dept staff were nice and made sure my family and I were taken care of.”
“I can't say enough good about this shop. Two months of struggling with an issue and five other shops who did nothing but take my money and send me on my way with the same problem. The folks in Sikeston listened to the symptoms that I explained. In less than one shift, they had the problem diagnosed and went to work on it. They kept me informed of what was being done and the progress made. The work was done in a timely manner and done thoroughly. If you are tired of shops giving you the run around and just taking your money, go visit the folks in Sikeston, Mo. I'd give them a 100 star review if possible.
