I want to start by saying that everybody I dealt with was really nice and pleasant to deal with. That said, the quality of the work done was really unacceptable.
I came in to get my DOT bumper replaced after it was badly damaged. I came in, they attached a new DOT bar, and I was on my way. Only later did I really pay attention to the welds. Thankfully I made it to a company shop before having to deal with DOT.
Again. Everybody was lovely but the welds simply cannot be DOT legal and make it look like the bar is barely attached. Had I noticed before I left, I wouldn't have left.

I had an airbag on the trailer that was leaking. They fixed it. I was in and out of there in about an hour. Thanks, craftsmen utility for the speedy service

Called Craftsmen Utility Trailer for roadside repairs. Tech showed up within an hour and had the job done in another hour. Solid, professional work. Very reasonable roadside rate — and I’ve dealt with roadside services across the lower 48. Would definitely use them again.
