We travel state to state so each state I go to I'm always looking for a new nail salon! The lady who did mine was just so sweet and kind and was very soft at what she does and I loved that I didn't catch your name but she was amazing! I showed her a picture and asked her if she could do the design and she nailed it!!! I'm not going to lie there was a nail tech next to her and she was doing nails and they were looking the bomb she even had her own nails done super long and really cute and she did them herself!!!

I will NOT be going back to this place to get my nails done. I’ve never had such a painful experience at the nail salon till last night. Girl “prepped” my cuticles and made 3 bleed constantly. It’s been 12 hours later my cuticles still burn, and gel has already chipped off, and i haven’t even done anything to cause the chipping of my nail. Also the girl I had was very very rough. Not happy paying $75 for a painful experience and already chipped nails.

I went there to get a set of nails. My nails are long but since I was a nail biter for many years they grow and have a curl to them so I wanted acrylic nails. I tried asking about the mermaid nails but no one really told me about them and I also wanted the chameleon flakes on my ring fingers. I had also asked about them and was told I was wanting too much. Which was a very rude comment. They cut my nails and did the acrylics which had some very jagged sides and they never even cleaned them up or filed them like I had asked. I have a pretty big gap between my nail and cuticle so when they grow even a tiny bit I will have to have them filled in rather quickly. For the price I paid it was not a very professional job. I won't be back!

i went with my sister the wait time was really good for how busy they were and the lady that did my nails was very polite there were a few bubbles in my nails but other than that i was very pleased

usually i go to deluxe nails in cape but i was in a hurry so i went with elegant. i called to see if i had to make an appointment and i didnt. they requested i come in at 6:30. i didnt get there until 7. there was only one worker and i was there with my sister. she didnt need to get her nails done so she offered to just sit out. the worker ended up calling another employee and getting them to come so we could both get a full set (so nice). first, they were so detailed getting our nails prepped for the acrylic. then, im not sure about my sister, but they spent so much time doing exactly what i asked for my nails. they were also insanely nice. staying after close for 30 minutes and having to come back just to do them is so inconvenient. they still didn't give any kind of attitude or signs they were mad or tired. this is the best experience i've ever had and the best nails for the cheapest price. i'll absolutely come back THANK YOU!

The lady was amazing and did exactly what I asked for! Super friendly and kind! I've had a bad experience a few years back and decided to give them a second chance and I'm really glad I did! The lady took her time and made sure I liked everything through out. I know there are some bad reviews but overall they have changed a whole lot and treat people with respect!Service: Acrylic nails

Very rude! No greeting/since I’ve been in town this is my second time coming here as I use to come as a teenager. They’re rude, will not greet you & seems to me racist because every Caucasian person they greeted. No African American person was in there either time, so I don’t know if elegant nails only caters to them or. However, my family and I are very high profile and I’ll be making a complaint expeditiously. You shouldn’t treat people that way, you should greet everyone & be kind. Especially when they are funding your business! I will not go back, I’ll just go to KM I suppose since they’re the only other nail salon in town. Disgusting behavior!!!!

I am a loyal customer. Not only do I come I bring friends and family. I usually pay 5$ sometimes 7 to fix a broken nail. Went in today with my daughter. I had 1 broken nail and my daughter had 2. They charged me 35$ for what took 5 minutes. Not to mention I just spent 195 last week and 165 the week before. I will not be back here. Loyalty gets you nothing.
