Factory Connection provides great customer service and a very good experience. The staff are knowledgeable, cheerful, and make customers feel like family. They help shoppers find the right size and style, from younger styles to other sizes, ensuring everyone looks their best. The atmosphere is nice and enjoyable, leading many to shop there for years and return for future visits.
I always have a very good experience here. Tosha, the manager is very knowledgeable and is the best in my opinion. Because of the great customer service here at this store, I have been shopping here for a number of years now and will continue.

My daughter was having a hard time finding her size in 2x and 18/21 pants that were her younger style. I also saw many things I liked myself in med and 4/5 pants. The ladies were very cheerful and seemed to love their jobs, which made the atmosphere nice and enjoyable. I will definitely be making them on my Christmas list... read full comment

My daughter loves this place!!!! She got a bunch for just under $300. They was great and helpful as well.
