Overall friendly and great customer service.
If the item you're looking for isn't on the shelf, they will look at inventory and go get it.
I gave a 4 star because of 1 employee wanting to charge me a restock fee as well a return fee. The item was in warranty within 30 days. This particular employee is no longer working for harbor freight.
The store manager offered me a hefty discount on another item. I turned it down because of the courtesy she showed me.
Other than this little experience, I've had a great shopping experience.

They have just about anything you need. They have some really decent products, if you buy the top line. . The weak point is their warranty on most products is horrible compared to Lowes, Home Depot, etc.

Always great stuff. I have been ordering from them since before they were ever in this area. They would send a newspaper flyer from California. That's the first place in the United States they landed from China. I would much rather buy American but I cannot walk into a store and find everything that I can find at Harbor Freight that is made in America.
