I should have called. They were closed, I made the 30 mile trip 4 times only to discover they were closed. A new girl was working there. She wasnt able to help anyone
The person who was her trainer didn't show. I wasn't able to get phone service in my area.

Is it crazy that I live 4 hours away but will only go to the Metro store in Sikeston...
Traci is my go to person for any questions, needs, or to buy something for my phone. I used to live in Sikeston but moved. The workers in my area are so disrespectful. She's a great store Manager. Helps me transfer information from one phone to the next when we do upgrades. Their products are great! I have 3 phone lines, home internet, and 2 tablets! Well, now 3 tablets, because she talked me into the new Samsung 5G tablet. I absolutely love the new tablet! If you ever need good service and great customer service go see Traci. She will hook you up!

Traci is the greatest. Anytime me and my family have issues, she is on it until a solution is made. She knows a lot about phones. The new guy needs work but I rather go with Traci anyways. She's the best manager and does her job very well.

Traci is the best. She is always helping people. She deserves a raise. she works a lot and always here for me when I need the help. If she ever left, metro would lose a lot of business. I'd give a 100 stars if I could.
