“Our move from Texas to Kentucky was great using u-pack. When we moved from Tennessee to Texas I thought that I was using a moving company but it was a moving broker instead. The move with the broker was a nightmare and a lesson learned. Using u-pack was one hundred times better. I was able to get everything on the trailer and nothing was left behind, unlike with the broker I had stuff left behind, stuff was broken, and some stuff never made it to the destination that was loaded. With u-pack I didn't have a single thing broken or missing and everyone I was in contact with were courteous and very professional.”
