Petsense by Tractor Supply is a convenient local pet supply store. Staff are knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and service is often quite fast and polite. The store has everything needed for dogs and cats, including unique finds not seen in other shops. It is a multi-item store without the pressures of larger, busy places. Some note it can be a bit overpriced and has limited options for small rodents. While generally good, there are occasional comments that employees can be distracted.
Very friendly and helpful manager and staff, always greeted with hi! Welcome to petsense! Jennifer the groomer is awesome! She really care about animals and does a great job! The best groomer ever! My goldendoodle gets excited every time we pull into the parking lot because he loves all the employees! Especially Jennifer.

This place has great service! The cashier there mentioned some cat treats that were on sale. because she noticed that I was shopping for a cat. I didn't buy any of the treats but I appreciate her telling me about the sale.

We were a walk in for our 12 1/2 yr old Boxer Pit Otto and even though they were obviously busy the groomer graciously agreed to see him. She understood his mobility issues and was so patient with him. No one else took the time to trim his nails down enough. Thank you to the male employee also who helped us so nicely!!!
