If I could leave negative stars I sure would!!
I went in there today to ask them for assistance with setting up my phone that I got was replacement. I was directed to go there by customer service because I said they would have no problem helping me. I got there and the woman said it's easy enough you can do it yourself at home. 😡
I clearly needed assistance or I would not have went there, she's told me to go ahead and call customer service again because she did not know why they would tell me to go to the store and let them walk me through the steps.
Terrible customer service I will drive 2 hours away to another store before I will ever go to this one again for any reason.

Two stars Thier internet services are always down about 5-10 times maybe more a year and take Thier time to get it fixed.

I had an awesome experience! Very great customer service with Dena Costin, she is and was the very best! She helped me save a lot of money on my bill! I’m so very thankful I came in contact with her. I went in to pay my bill and she helped me from there! Highly recommend Spectrum!

It was the best costumer service I have ever experienced! Dena Costin was absolutely wonderful! Not only was she very friendly and kind, she has an extensive knowledge of the products and services, and was able to get me the best possible deal, which will save me tons of money this next year. I will only be using this location for now on and I would recommend to anyone who wants the best deals to go there and ask for Dena! She is on point! Keep up the great work!!

Looked at our bill wondering why it was getting higher and higher, apparently have been getting charged for TV when I never signed up for it. Call and talk with multiple departments and no one can tell me how they get the approval for charges. Seems dishonest and misleading. Been charged TV for 12 months with no knowledge. Check your billing statement. Can’t wait for SEMO fiber to be available in my area. Oh yeah and on top of that the internet is out multiple times a month. When I call they tell me they can’t refund it but offer a $10 dollar discount. Terrible customer service.
