My dad took my PS five there to get fixed. I remember my Call of duty black ops 6 was in there because I never take it out because it’s my only disc game. When I got it back, it was not in there. When I called they denied it.

This has to be the worse experience I’ve ever had a pawnshop took my Xbox in earlier mind you it’s a new gen console still in the box and well taken care of the “gentleman” and I use that term lightly immediately turned me off to his business when he started acting disgusted to even touch my Xbox handling it as if it were the most grotesque thing he’d ever touched, he then proceeded to make the lowest offer on it I’ve had at any pawnshop!!! Long story short I would drive 50 miles out of the way to pawn elsewhere before I ever set foot back in this dump.

Worst experience I've ever had at a pawn shop took a $900 Glock. He offered me 250 and like a dumb a** We accepted it because we were in a pinch so now. In order to get my pistol back, you have to pay the principal off in full. You cannot make payments he said . In all my years of dealing with pawn shops.I have never heard this And was most definitely not informed of this stupid rule prior to poning my pistol.
I would give you a zero star if I could

Definitely not a good place to sell firearms unless you’re desperately strapped for cash, super low ball offers with no negotiation, and you have to specify you’re not selling the case as well unless you’re willing to take a nice hit to the offer at the end.

Something thats never happend to me when making a gun purchase.The rifle was $319 and I looked them up online and they were selling for $225. The guys at The Pawn actually marked it down $80! Of course with that kind of service I bought the rifle.Great job guys and I will be buying from you again and again.Thank you so much.Will Jenkins (Dont know why my wifes name is on here lol)

Best experience in a pawn shop that I've ever received. The employees are always nice and treat me like family when I go. I've pawned things before and ended up being late, I make sure to give them a courtesy call and everytime they work with me. As long as you show respect they will return it. Thank you guys for everything and all the times you've helped me out.

Awesome experience. I didn’t even know this place existed and I found out they’ve been around for almost 2 years. Shows how much I get around. The staff were very helpful and polite. I just went in to look around for about 10 minutes and I was asked by 2 or 3 people if I was doing alright or if I had any questions, and they all sounded genuinely sincere. You can tell they really value they’re customers. Even if you’re just browsing stop by and check this place out. It’s a really neat store with a lot of interesting and cool items

The younger guy that works there is not very nice.Doesn’t really pay attention to what you are saying.Easily distracted, which makes me think he really doesn’t care for the people that come in.Horrible experience almost every time I’ve went in there.
