Our move from Texas to Kentucky was great using u-pack. When we moved from Tennessee to Texas I thought that I was using a moving company but it was a moving broker instead. The move with the broker was a nightmare and a lesson learned. Using u-pack was one hundred times better. I was able to get everything on the trailer and nothing was left behind, unlike with the broker I had stuff left behind, stuff was broken, and some stuff never made it to the destination that was loaded. With u-pack I didn't have a single thing broken or missing and everyone I was in contact with were courteous and very professional.

Great company that took so much stress out of a cross country move. it’s very affordable the cost to have U-pack transport our household items and furniture was far less than renting the biggest uhaul and paying for diesel! All the office staff and drivers we met were awesome friendly and informative. Would recommend for anyone considering a long distance move!

They were there when they said they would be. The dispatchers were very nice. And the drivers were very courteous. Thank you for making our move a little bit easier.
