Hours of operation online are not correct. This is one of the closest UPS stores to us and is almost an hour drive. I was in town and needed to drop something only to find a sign on the door about being short staffed this week and they are only open from 8am -12pm!!! I would expect UPS to have a better plan for things like this.

I just returned from UPS store. I wanted to purchase postage for a 4×6 Manila envelope addressed to Passport Renewal with a PO Box in Philadelphia. The clerk picked up my envelope and pointed to the address on my envelope being a PO Box that I would have to go to the post office here in Sikeston to mail. I told clerk I wanted to purchase postage and mail from this UPS store. Clerk placed the stamps on my envelope. I hope she placed my envelope for pickup. I did not appreciate her attitude at all.

I absolutely love the customer service at this store. They are extremely knowledgeable, kind and patient. They make you feel like you and your business matters. I would like to give a huge thank you to Casey and Kate. You all definitely deserve recognition and a raise.

Very disappointed in UPS A very large package was dropped with a label already paid for and attached to the box and was scanned by store but was never shipped. Somewhere between this store and the UPS driver that Supposedly picked up. The item never made it UPS dock in Sikeston

I was in a bind. I needed a printed resume. Not being very tech savvy. The employee found my resume on my phone and printed it out for me. In this day and age, it's hard to find quality customer service
