“Came in for 963C hydraulic hose, which the back office promptly made and delivered. A very basic oil filter was not in stock. Instead, I drove 9 miles south to a get a Napa one. Getting out the door without waiting for other clients could have been 15-20 minutes faster if someone shared an operator’s time value of money. Both front desk guys are knowledgeable, but might rate in the lowest third vs. Chick-fil-A customer service on delivery speed.
UPDATED: On another visit, I did receive excellent call-out service from John Amelunke and Kevin Martin in Perry County. They were able to diagnose a worn drive sensor and dress my wires to clear my codes quickly, in between jobs. I appreciate field service.”
