    Wifi constantly goes down and stays down. If you wanna get ahold of customer support you gotta spend 10 minutes listening to an ai rant and then spend half an hr on hold. Currently dealing with a nearly 24 hr long outage and am at my limit with this crappy service

    Really good internet, fast speeds, keeps you in the loop if there are any issues and that it is being looked into, happened once but only down a couple minutes Very please with service and employees I have spoken with.
