I worked with Kelly from their window dept. who came out to my house, diagnosed the problem, ordered the needed replacement parts (at minimal cost!) and even came back to install them at no charge!!!
In the days where good customer service is hard to find, replacement parts and service calls are $$$, Major Lumber (and Kelly in particular) knocked it out of the park!”
