“This review is for Bill in the Stihl shop. I ordered a chainsaw and he got it ready in just a couple days. He's super reliable and knowledgeable about the Stihl line. I would highly recommend him for service or questions about models.”

“I ordered a huge workbench. When putting it together at home, the product was missing several screws. I went in and the staff was very helpful and got me the missing screws. I discovered I miscounted and had to get 2 more screws which was embarrassing. No, I didn’t lose screws, they were just short 5 screws and bolts. I had to go back again and get the missing screws. I was able to finish putting the desk together. The staff were very helpful and kind. They didn’t act like I was an inconvenience. They made a very frustrating situation so much better. It’s this kind of situation that will make me come back to this store.”

“You never know what you'll find in a farm and home story. I went in looking for clothes and stumbled upon a whole display of taxidermy squirrels. If that's not enough, grab a cowhide flask or coaster. Don't forget your cowboy boots!”

“We had to replace all the blinds in our town home and we really had no idea what we were doing. We made about several trips to the store after we confirmed our measurements. They have a gentleman that help folks with blinds there and without him, we would have been lost. His name is Brent and if you ever need to buy blinds there, be sure to ask for him.”

“Had a capacitor got out on my air conditioner. Was able to schedule a person to come out same day which was great because it was 95 degrees outside. Hamilton Plumbing Heating and Cooling came out. Tech Luis was fantastic, very personable, and went above a beyond by cleaning the outside unit as well. Was a little pricey but for same day and excellent service, it was worth it.”

“I visited in early June. The plants all looked to be in great shape, minus a few smaller perennials. I was able to find pavers I'd been looking for and mulch on a steep discount. The bees happily buzzing around was an added bonus!”

Both times he listened to my needs, was very patient with me and gave me great advice of what I needed to get the job done right. I will be looking for him, each and every time I need something in that area. I highly recommend him, he will steer you in the right direction, to make sure that your project turns out right. “I purchased Rockwood shutters from Home Depot. The sales people were nice, helpful. I had a choice of doing a virtual measure of my windows with a rep from Rockwood or having someone come to my home. I chose virtual. Skeptical but WOW. Candy Armer from Rockwood was awesome. Together, we got it done with little effort and she got me an estimate. Next, I got an email from a member of Rockwood's Concierge team. They informed me that they were there for me throughout the process. They made arrangements for the final measure. The installer came and was terrific. We went over all the details, how the shutters would be mounted, open, close. My windows can be tilted in and cleaned top and bottom -- all accounted for. A date was set for installation, Doug came, installed them AS SCHEDULED. NO DRAMA and I L O V E this product. They are gorgeous! I highly recommend both Home Depot and Rockwood. Home Depot has the BEST payment plans to you can pay over time. I've done it many times and had great success. Rockwood exceeded my expectations multiple times.”
