“The manager Scott and one of the employees, Mason, went above and beyond for me! I purchased something 2 days ago which became very hard to start after the first use. This particular product is usually a no return policy, but I explained the problem and that id be happy to trade it in for a higher quality one, to which he accepted and helped me learn the new equipment! “I been watching videos and have family nearby managed to get to catch the Saturday pancakes day! Didn't have any pancakes with my purchase, but was allowed to free roam the basement without supervision! Being a tool nut my nuttiness went crazy.
If you are a tool nut this is a must In Kansas City! I would love to stayed longer and listen to more stories.

“I ordered a huge workbench. When putting it together at home, the product was missing several screws. I went in and the staff was very helpful and got me the missing screws. I discovered I miscounted and had to get 2 more screws which was embarrassing. No, I didn’t lose screws, they were just short 5 screws and bolts. I had to go back again and get the missing screws. I was able to finish putting the desk together.
The staff were very helpful and kind. They didn’t act like I was an inconvenience. They made a very frustrating situation so much better. It’s this kind of situation that will make me come back to this store.”

Charles, the manager, took 30 minutes to talk to me about planting and spacing, the time of year for certain plants, location, and sunlight. He took a lot of time to help me and I truly appreciate it. Wonderful service.”

“Big shoutout to Anthony who saved Mother’s Day for me. I went to SEVEN hardware stores this morning between Belton & Prairie Village. I called EUSTON as my last ditch effort to find the part I needed. Anthony was so kind on the phone despite me being frantic & physically laid eyes on the part to ensure it was right, then had it waiting for me when I arrived to the store 15 minutes later. “Had a capacitor got out on my air conditioner. Was able to schedule a person to come out same day which was great because it was 95 degrees outside. Hamilton Plumbing Heating and Cooling came out. Tech Luis was fantastic, very personable, and went above a beyond by cleaning the outside unit as well. Was a little pricey but for same day and excellent service, it was worth it.”

“The home depot took my return fairly quickly, there wasn't a long line. Everyone tried their best to be helpful. I spotted some dying plants and wondered if I could take them, and the staff were very professional in saying no. Apparently both she and I would get in trouble if I would take something like that. Two of their tools aisles are under construction (?) or it seemed like it was blocked off for some reason. I remember once I came in here looking for an extra large box, and they actually let me take it as well. Overall would recommend this Home Depot location.”
“We had to replace all the blinds in our town home and we really had no idea what we were doing. We made about several trips to the store after we confirmed our measurements. They have a gentleman that help folks with blinds there and without him, we would have been lost. His name is Brent and if you ever need to buy blinds there, be sure to ask for him.”

“I want to preface this by saying this place is a lil piece of heaven.. Everything about it.. The seed options, the spices, the building itself, the creaking floors.. I was in my Happy Place..
Sadly, The Staff what was there the day I went made everything else miserable.. I asked a question, I got looked at like I was a bother.. Not one person said Hello.. All 3 were rude and ruined my first experience in the Store.. I originally came in for a few Spices.. We wanted to look around a bit more but decided to just Check Out and leave..
I was so excited to go in there that day.. Husband even drove 45 mins out of the way so he could take me.. Staff is EVERYTHING..”
