“I had a prescription that had to be transferred from my normal CVS due to them not having it in stock. When I called there to see if I could possibly get my script before the time they advised by text, the one who answered (I believe his name was Caleb) asked me for my patient details, then asked me to please hold. When he came back to the line, he immediately told me he expedited my script and it's now available! I so appreciate his kindness and understanding as I did not have any improvement all weekend on my previous prescription. If I got his name incorrect, my sincere apologies. I just want him to know his service meant a lot to me today. Thank you!!!”

“Been going there now for over 7 years and not one complaint. Order all my meds through their app and go pick it up. Went there the last time and I just ordered the day before, I just went to check on the order and the gal said it may have just got here. She took the time to rummage through three totes and got them out. Do not wait in line very long and if I do it’s mostly because the customer is being difficult.

“I have been at COSTCO member for approximately 20 years. Obviously I would not have continued as a member if I was unhappy with their service the return policy is great. I enjoy shopping at the COSTCO on 88th St. in Kansas City Missouri. It is neat and clean. Any employees that I have encountered Have been very helpful, sometimes going out of their way to show me where a product is. Thank you, COSTCO. Employees for making COSTCO a great place to shop.”

“Yes, they are ALWAYS short staffed. That is on management, however the ladies there ALWAYS are polite, have a smile on their face, and are helpful! For those of you yelling at these poor women because they are backed up and understaffed, SHAME on you! and to yell at them with your children present, great example! Show some compassion and common courtesy and if you can't! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! I didn't give 5 stars for CVS I gave 5 stars for the employees who work hard and do the best they can! I go to this pharmacy because of them!!”

“Walgreens has been automatically filling my meds for at least a year now, even though I never requested them to. All of my meds are labeled DO NOW FILL AUTOMATICALLY. I've called a couple of times to find out why and they can't figure out why it's happening, and that's after waiting at least 8 minutes on hold to talk to them! I've had it with them and am switching all of them over to CVS! I can understand why they're customer reviews are so low but they don't do anything to get a higher rating. Baffling and unacceptable.”
