did not honor an Expedia Reservation ;provided a bogus phone number for ownership ;demanded a credit card for a prepaid room( felt like a credit card scam ( "for incidentals" ) )the place is in disrepair as several noted below ;there are lots of motels in the KCI area ( I suggest staying somewhere else )tom j

Clean rooms, courteous staff, and everything worked great. Couldn't ask for more on a road trip!
