This company is trying to charge $200 for son to get belongings of father who passed away out of the car do not recommend using them at all! the guy on the phone was rude and did not want to work with the family at all by far one of the worst tow truck company interactions I've ever had. DO NOT USE THEM EVER

My car broke down on highway 65 North of Ozark. The car dealership said to call blue monkey. Good choice. They were prompt and friendly. Got my car to the dealership. Don't remember his name but the tow truck driver was a real gem. Great guy

I was stranded in the middle of the day and the blue Monkey was the ones who came to the rescue. He told me 45 minutes away and he was there in 30. He was friendly and professional and I felt very comfortable riding home with him.He knows what he is doing and does it fast.Thank you for coming to my rescue..GOD BLESS

Blue monkey would not come pick up my tow. Not only are they the least expensive in town, they were also recommended by other towing companies. The only issue I had with them is that they wouldn't pick the car up but that was because there is a correct way of handling my situation which would be the first call the police and put the sticker on the car and then in a couple days they could come get it. They are some rule followers, and that speaks on their integrity, so I feel they are an honest fair company and would recommend them to others.

10 out of 10 recommend. Had a family emergency after hours and Kevin put aside his personal family plans to come and take care of my family. Fast professional and will be using his services again.

Highly recommend, i has left something in the tow truck and i wasnt sure when i would be able to go up there to pick it up, and they came all the way oit to deliver it. Super nice people

Blue Monkey services are outstanding. Professional, knowledgeable and amazingly helpful. I got into a wreck and blue monkey is the 1st thing I saw when looking up towing companies and they didn't Answer so I called again cuz it say that they're 24 hours which is a bold face lie. Then, when the guy did Answer he said I called too many times and he wasn't gonna help me because of that and that I should have left a voicemail and that hes alllll boooked up for the day?♀️?♀️ive never heard of anything in my life. 0/10.

Used this place twice now and they have been great! Really friendly both on the phone and in person. Very reasonably priced as well. I don't want to have to use a Towing service, but if I do I don't want to use anyone else.
