“I would recommend this propane company. My energy hub app is user friendly and makes ordering propane easy. I am not on a meter, so I just order when I need it through the app. After your order is placed it usually takes a couple of days for delivery, but they always show up when expected. Overall, a very easy and reliable experience.”

“Have been a customer for 14+ years and have never had any complaints. But yesterday.... I am even further away from even complaining! We are currently on day 4 of the big 2025 mass power outage and have a Generac propane generator. CU said it was going to be a few more days for us and our propane was getting low. These guys came out the very next day for us to survive the weekend! Such wonderful customer service! They were so incredibly kind and the price wasn't horrible either! Happy customer here that my freezer full of meat won't go to waste and we have water! Thank you MFA!”

“I've been a customer with them for years now. I've never run out of gas. I absolutely love the pre buy. I've been away a few times when it came due and missed it. I called them to let them know I was away, and they always gave me a grace period. If I offered on criticism, it is they always say they are going to paint the tanks but never do. That said, no big deal to me. When my tank starts to look bad, I paint it myself.”
