Just rented a space from here last week. I was moving back from out of state and needed somewhere to store my stuff. I arrived put my code in said access was denied. It was before stated business hours so I figured I'd come back then and try again. Guess what, no one is here during stated business hours. Tried calling the phone number no ring just says they aren't accepting calls at this time. I have today and tomorrow to unload my rented truck before it needs to be returned. The fact that no one is here during their stated business hours and you can't contact anyone through their phone number is unacceptable.
Got a call back from them, they were very apologetic. They fixed my issues and I was able to get my things unloaded and the truck returned on time.

Only way I’m able to get ahold of anyone since no one answers the phone, but I have been trying to cancel my storage unit since January. If you see this take me off the list, and if I have been getting billed I would appreciate a refund, I have called several times and left numerous voicemails, but they also full where I can’t even leave anymore voicemails.
Update: owner called me explained the whole situation refunded me the months up till January. Very apologetic. Waiting on refund to go through and will update again!

I didn’t even want to give this place a star at all. I started using this faciltiy after my divorce. Everything I owned as a single mom is in my unit and I haven’t been able to contact them to update my card since last year. No one answers the phones or calls back. I haven’t gotten a letter or anything. I drive 2 hours to see if someone would be in the office so that I could talk to someone in person and I was locked out and even though it was open business hours, no one was there. I’m not sure if this is a scheme, but seems pretty fishy that they have system issues but I can’t even get a payment made on a regular basis. I would really like my belongings but it’s going on over a year now so they probably auctioned my stuff. Please think twice before using this facility.

A total failure of business ethics. No one answers the phone and they continue to bill a late fee when we have autopay. Guess we need to pull our unit and find one that actually knows the value of stability.
Your response is an absolute lie as we've changed and updated all information.

We have had our unit for 7 years had no problems and no complaints. Just recently when the new system got updated we had a problem about not taking our payment, it would have been nice to get an email or phone call to let us know there would be an upate and we would need to call will our info. I called and finally got ahold of them and it got fixed. The next time my bank account got hacked and (not on them) it took a few phone calls to get it fixed. This month they didn't take my payment out of my account at the first of the month ( autopay)and now say I owe a late payment. They sent 2 emails telling us about our missed payment but can't answer my email to them or take my calls I've made to them. Now I'm driving 2 1/2 hours to make my payment in person and hope someone one is there to take my payment. Please put the answering machine or voice-mail back on and return calls.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. They have auto pay every month that takes money from my credit card. They repeatedly fail to credit it to my account, so consequently about 50% of the time when I want to get into my storage facility that I’ve paid for, I can’t get in. I’ve called them repeatedly and always get their answering machine. They have never once returned my call. The way they run this place I can’t honestly believe they are still in business. Avoid this place like the plague.

Do not invest your time and money here, the lady that works in the office is on crack. She never answered the phone. They never know what's going on. Who ever owns this place is a total joke

I’ll start by saying I’ve had my unit for many years. I like the facility and the location. However, I can’t count the number of times I’ve gone over there with a truck full of stuff to put in storage, only to find I’m locked out. They charge my credit card automatically on the first of every month and I get an e-mailed receipt. Then I will get a notice in the mail around the 12th saying I haven’t paid. I’m always locked out after that unless I call or go by there to have them fix the account error, but there is rarely anyone there to talk to. What bothers me the most is that I have called or spoken in person to the lady there about these issues at least 6-7 times. Those conversations always start with me having to explain that my payment can’t be late because it’s automatically made and I can see on my credit card statement they received it. She will then look it up and confirm that payment was received on the 1st. That will be followed with the “I don’t know why it does that but I’ll make a note to check on it” discussion, but nothing ever changes. A few months ago I even gave them a different credit card to bill, hoping that would fix it. It did not, and I’m still locked out most of the month. I’m writing this review out of sheer frustration, because I’m not certain the owner understands the depth of this problem. Furthermore, I’ve also always been told that I’m the only tenant they have this problem with, but I now know for a fact that this isn’t true, and other tenants are experiencing the same. I’m extremely frustrated that even though I faithfully pay my rent every month, I only have about a 10 day window every month when I can access my unit. I would strongly encourage the owner to get these issues sorted out and fixed asap.

If you need a place to put your things .... This is not the place to do it. They will mess up your payments because they have an outdated system.

Ive had my units almost 3 years now but I can’t ever get anyone to answer the phone when I try to make a payment then when I come in to the office if there even open on scheduled business hours the lady is just watching movies and not answering the phones we need better customer service or I’m just going to find another storage to put my cars

I would give 0 stars if that were an option. I rented a unit here and called the end of September and left a message on their voice message system that I would be vacating the unit by the end of October. I called several times hoping to speak to a person. In October I called 2 times and left messages advising them that I would indeed be out of the unit by the end of October. Just to confirm what I had previously told them. On October 29th I emptied out my unit and stopped at the office which was closed during scheduled open hours to advise them I was out of the unit. Since nobody was there I left a message. On November 02, my card was charged for November service. I have since called 5 more times and left messages. I called 3 times during scheduled business hours with no answer. I have not received a return call, text or email. This has to be the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I think this is just a practice of the business owner to get extra money. My next complaint will be with the Better Business Bureau. I notice that the owner responds to bad reviews so maybe that will get me a response. The only response I want from you is my $100 credited back to my account. There is nothing you can say other than that is completed. I was in unit B22 and you have my name here. I gave 30 days notice and advised you when I was out of the unit. You have no excuse for your shady and poor business practices.

Not happy at all!!! Could not get in the gate, due to the account getting completely wrong then I told lady in office I was vacating the storage unit on June 10th and she supposedly put in computer and now being charged again for unit never again with Aaron's !!!!

Haven't been able to get into my unit due to a faulty door and cannot get hold of anyone to fix it or even call me back. I've left dozens of messages and visited their office on numerous occasions to no avail. This has been going on for 5 months now and is incredibly frustrating.It's been 2 weeks since there response and still have not heard from them or been able to get hold of anyone.

I used Aarons EZ storage for a couple of months, my last day in my unit was October 7th, 2021. I have been receiving letters from them stating that I am behind in payments. I have called FOUR times over the past 6 weeks trying to resolve the mistake (on their part). No one EVER answers, so... I have left a message every time. Still have not heard back, but am still getting collection notices for money I DO NOT OWE THEM.
