I bought a washer dryer set from them. They’re easy to work with. Paying online is a breeze. The payment plans are flexible. I moved during my lease and they came to move my washer/dryer set from Marshfield to Springfield for me free of charge. I think they’re the best rent to own place to work with in Springfield area.

Aaron's has been my go to place for years now! I just recently purchased living room furniture with tables and lamps from them and I'm looking for a couple of other pieces! They have great clearance items with great prices! Not to mention the product they rent to own is of great quality. I plan to continue to be an errands customer for my lifetime! They have been great to me!

Calling customers over and over, outside your standard operating hours is considered viscous harassment. I'm blocking all numbers and will only communicate via email henceforth. All payments will continue through the online pay portal by the 3rd of every month. You will recieve your next payment Sept 3. No exceptions. Do NOT harass me again.

They will say they can't confirm your identity even though you upload your lease and current pay stubs and they are sending advertisements to your address...waste of time

Bought a queen bed when they set it up they forgot the middle post on the frame, and was the wrong mattress. Had to sleep on the floor that night. Decided to return the bed. Inspect B4 they leave.

RENTERS BEWARE!!! My husband and I struggle with mental health and we feel because of our disability we have been mistreated and discriminated against by Chris the GM. I read the review where you feel Chris discriminated against you, as well, because your child's behavior annoyed him. We need to all get together and file charges against this man and his store. I already have a call into the corporate office and I have been given a confirmation number for a call back.

We were renting a brand new appliance. One year into renting it, it died. After days of phone calls and having been told from the beginning that they stand behind their product and will fix or replace it. They did nothing other than pass the phone around to managers and offer no help.. Renters beware.

This more a warning to future customers... remember they're there to make money so honesty you will not get. If you buy a bed w/box spring, you will more than likely get the "display" don't be afraid to flip mattress and check box spring that is made of cardboard, when they deliver,tell the delivery guys you don't need them to put mattress covers on. It's a rental but still your money!!!
