Calling customers over and over, outside your standard operating hours is considered viscous harassment. I'm blocking all numbers and will only communicate via email henceforth. All payments will continue through the online pay portal by the 3rd of every month. You will recieve your next payment Sept 3. No exceptions. Do NOT harass me again.

They will say they can't confirm your identity even though you upload your lease and current pay stubs and they are sending advertisements to your address...waste of time

Bought a queen bed when they set it up they forgot the middle post on the frame, and was the wrong mattress. Had to sleep on the floor that night. Decided to return the bed. Inspect B4 they leave.

RENTERS BEWARE!!! My husband and I struggle with mental health and we feel because of our disability we have been mistreated and discriminated against by Chris the GM. I read the review where you feel Chris discriminated against you, as well, because your child's behavior annoyed him. We need to all get together and file charges against this man and his store. I already have a call into the corporate office and I have been given a confirmation number for a call back.

We were renting a brand new appliance. One year into renting it, it died. After days of phone calls and having been told from the beginning that they stand behind their product and will fix or replace it. They did nothing other than pass the phone around to managers and offer no help.. Renters beware.

This more a warning to future customers... remember they're there to make money so honesty you will not get. If you buy a bed w/box spring, you will more than likely get the "display" don't be afraid to flip mattress and check box spring that is made of cardboard, when they deliver,tell the delivery guys you don't need them to put mattress covers on. It's a rental but still your money!!!

I'd recommend over any other rent to own company in town.We went in they didn't have what we wanted in stock,they ordered it and called like they said they would.I got sent out of town for a week for work when the item showed up at the store and they held it for me...When I applied online they guy stayed on the phone and walked me through every step of applying I was approved and knew my amount immediately.They're very helpful and actually do what they say which is hard to find with a lot of these rent to own companies around town that say one thing and do another. It was easy doing business with Aarons

The people from freeway ministries are rude and they make life hard on the homeless who aren't in their program on any day but Saturday. I think it's really sad how they say one thing and behave another way when their service isnt going...

Rented a laptop from this location when I was helped by the staff and was put on easy pay. I asked ESPECIALLY if I was going to be billed again for the month of December since the 17th hadn't yet passed and was told by the manager that I WOULD NOT BE! Well...it hit my bank and took my children's Christmas money out of bank account that I was going to use for their gifts. Easy fix right? No harm no foul right? Well...I was told no one could help me fix the issue except the store manager! He was out of the building! I took back the equipment, including the boxes from the software! The staff said, He will be in first thing in the morning to refund your money! I called all morning to the phone just ringing then it would hang up! Then, I finally got someone on the phone and the staff's name John was rude and told me he wasn't coming in! I told him I was told this morning and last night that he would be in! He told me to stop being belligerent and that he didn't have to take that from me. I never cussed at him, nor used foul language. Yes, I was upset that I had been lied to three times thus that far! But wouldn't anyone be??? Money had been taken from me. Now that this man is going to be out of the office until Monday I'm going to be shopping for my children literally Christmas Eve IF I'm lucky to get the money back by then! THEN! He hung up on me! Oh and I never raised my voice to him! I hope he recorded that conversation so he can play it back for his regional manager back, All three of those conversations to that office! This is wrong on so many levels!
