If zero stars were possible, it would be more fitting for Aaron’s on south Glenstone. Their lack of communication caused them to arrive aggressively at my house unannounced - even though I had made a very precise payment arrangement for next Thursday.
How dare you, Aaron’s? Never a late payment; over half paid off? Oh! You didn’t bother to capture my new cell number when I called to make the payment arrangement? How about my email? With a personal message instead of a robo message? My email does not change ever - why ask me for it, then?
Now you want to clear up the miscommunication? No way after today. Load up your dust collecting tables and never darken my doorstep again.

Absolutely the worst rental place to rent from. The fridge that we were renting quit working on Thanksgiving Eve. They told us that they couldn't do anything for us until about Monday. We lost about $500 worth of food because of it going out. We went somewhere else and got more than double the amount of appliances for the same price. After we got them home, we called Aaron's and asked them to come get the stuff and they told us they wouldn't be able to for about two weeks. We can't leave appliances outside in our yard for that long so we had to pay for an extra day on our UHAUL trailer and take it down to them. I will absolutely under no circumstances rent from them ever again.

We got a some stuff had paid 4 mths on it and was moving to another state due to job transfers and the manager was hateful and said well why did you rent it if you were not going to have it very long and roaches crawling in counter and she just pushes it away with a paper not killing it gross thank god I did not get there friends with my order when delivered.

These guys were great with setting me up with a payment plan for my new ps5. The staff were really nice and answered all my questions. Would definitely recommend renting from them

I don't have a personal experience with this store. However, I drove my friend there who was looking for a PS5. They had them in stock and she was able to get one.

Thursday, 5/25, a bed was delivered by two lovely people and I just wanted to say how happy I've been with my interactions with staff involved with Aaron's. The dude who initially saw us in store and helped us with the purchase was great and the delivery guys, one with a XX neck tattoo(♡), were really great. 15/10

We bought a used washer and dryer set and they ended up having roaches in them. Aarons was very apologetic about the situation, took the set back quickly, and offered us a brand new set for the same price. They also said they would take the price of the exterminator off of our bill. Very good customer service and I highly recommend them!

They've been really good to me for many years! Have a great staff, especially Veronica. Only issue I have had is that I was told that when I moved out of town I could take my item with me, and then it turned out that I'm not going to get to. Pretty upset about that. I still recommend them to others, though. They are a great company, and a great location!
