I wanted to buy a few new exmark mowers for my business. I went in there and got some information and was supposed to be called by the owner. Son was getting information for me and texting then ghosted kept reading my text, but did not respond. Looking to spend probably forty thousand dollars or more and their service sucks. I really wish x mark would kick poopy dealers out of their network. His name is Payton Cowan.

This is my parents hardware store. They always go there for their hardware needs and they have plants and yard stuff like chimes, spinners and stuff like that. Nice store. Helpful too.

I had a wonderful experience at Cowan’s today. I bought a Stiihl trimmer and had the pleasure of dealing with Matt, the store owner. I got a great tutorial on the trimmer. He put gas in it and fired it up. Showed me exactly how to do that and how the stringer worked. I felt really good about buying my trimmer at Cowan’s. Thanks Matt! You were stellar.

The second I walked in the store a gentleman came up and asked me if I needed help. I had an odd size bolt that I needed, and he knew right where they were.
He didn't just point to the aisle. He walked me back there and took the time to personally find the bolt I needed.
Old school customer service. I cannot recommend this store highly enough! (Plus he never had to access his phone to locate the item.)
