At first when I came in it was an off putting experience due to an associate who was standing up front visibly glued to their phone not assisting customers or straightening up the store (it was very busy and very messy towards the front). But Oz came and saved the day! Was very helpful and knowledgeable about their current and upcoming sales and helped me into a fitting room and cleaned it out for me before I entered. He was friendly and personable despite the chaos of a busy day. If it wasn't for him, my opinion of Aero would've been damaged

Two workers were sitting there talking bad about customers and what they hate that customers do talking about how some of them are just dumb. Not really a good use of time while working. Maybe should let them know what that isn’t really something to talk about while customers are in there shopping
