I was reccomended Alpha NAILS by a close friend whose nails are always on point. The people here were friendly, they greet you as soon as you walk in and promptly provide service. I like that they also have you choose the nail color you want before they begin. This is an issue ive had at other places in town and by choosing the color beforehand it prevents any confusion between you and your tech. My tech was Ryan and he was very kind and I felt at ease with how he cared for my mani and cuticles. I have had some bad experiences with over bleeding cuticles and I didnt even have to ask him to be careful because he already was. All in all I will be a loyal customer to alpha nails as long as I am in springfield.

Been come there for years!
But when the service is not satisfactory and the workers could care less. It is when you find a different place to go.
Petty was rushed and paint job was wavy and clear coat was not on the whole color.
SMH. You don't get what you pay for.
I didn't pay for my petty. But did pay for my daughter's and tip the gentleman. For he shouldn't suffer for the others inadequate service.
NOTE : This was not the 1st time the service was inadequate. The 1st time about 3 yrs ago. The tech didn't even clean off my daughter's legs from the salt they rub on you legs. I had to ask for a wash cloth for her to clean her legs. Not the 1st time with issues at this establishment.

I gave them a cash tip and put the abnormally high bill onto my debit card. I found out later that night that they somehow added a 20% tip onto my debit card even though I'd already given them a 20% tip in cash. This was a 1st and last visit for me! Extremely unpleasant as they kept moving me from seat to seat, never spoke to me but treated me as if I were in a cattle car. I had gone there to treat myself that day, but it was a very unpleasant experience. Very unfriendly.

Our nails were finished well. The place was clean, however this place is over priced compared to other more expensive locations around the world. In a well to do location like Richmond in London, England the cost to do a full set of acrylics with French tip or colour is £37-45 flat. The tip if you choose to leave one, is just 1-2pounds more. Shellac is typically 20-25£. Same in New York, but with a tip of at least 4-8 dollars is typical, plus considered a nice tip. $95 plus a $15 tip for the same appointments is to high for the lower cost of living difference here. All prices are posted up for customers to see.The ladies here are lovely ? the price is just high.

Alpha Nails is the best! All the nail techs are super friendly. They make you feel like a true customer and not just another set of nails. I've made getting my nails done here a regular thing. They also make it very easy to book appointments online. I highly recommend Alpha Nails!
