Me daughter came into town from Tulsa and insisted we go get a pedicure. Not being familiar with any establishments.in Springfield, she went on a research missions and found this gem of a place! We arrived and the base cost for a pedicure was only $30! There were already two customers being attended to when we arrived, but we were told quite pleasantly that it would be 10-15 minutes. I neglected to get their names, a man and a woman on mother's day working, and so attentive, pleasant and mindful of all needs, with a splendid since of humor. After the expert leg and foot massage, I felt so much better! She beamed when I told her. We watched cool nail art on a big screen, was offered a refreshing drink. I highly recommend. What a fun and delightful experience.

Worst experience at a nail salon! My pedicure was nice but when it came to painting them it was as if my 5 year old did it. My manicure was worse. The tech barely soaked my nails, did not take off my clear polish that was on already. Did not use a base or top coat and made 4 fingers bleed at the cuticles. The tech seemed rushed and I paid $70+ for horrible work. I should have known because nobody was there but one other person getting her fingers done. She was having problems with the tech listening to what she wanted. Super disappointing! The only reason I went was because of good reviews and they offer paraffin. Never again! One star was because the tech was gentle when scrubbing. Weird thing was the tech kept messing with the chair controls as well, moving by back up and down I couldn’t understand moving the chair so much.

I was able to get my nails done here, and the man did a good job, I think, but I don't get my nails done very often because I have some anxiety about having smaller nail beds, which they pointed out (hoping they wouldn't have, but they did), which I don't blame them it is very hard to work with. One thing I wish they had done better was dealing with my cuticles, I unfortunately came out with scabs around my cuticles where the man had grinded them. The pictures were taken today (11/4/2020) and I got nails done (10/31/2020). The scabs have gotten better since I had gotten them done, but i feel like it makes my nails look bad. There have also been bubbles popping up in the nail polish, but I'm not sure why.

IT WAS AMAZING! Very talented and very professional, and very friendly staff. The are definitely keeping in line with all CDC guidelines. I felt the environment was safe a sanitary. I had Hoa Le... she was great, it was one of the best pedicures that I have ever had. She was very funny and personable as well. I will definitely be back. Thanks Le!

Nail tech tried to convince me multiple times to pick a different color. She did a really awful job trying to mattify the deep red shellac. The shellac mattifying gel was out of date or something because it left my nails looking really gooey and weird. On top of the gooey weirdness there's small hair and debris scattered throughout my manicure it's lumpy weird and gross. I asked her to fix it and she said, no you're done. Can not recommend.

I had sculpted nails and instead of soaking them off he scraped at it with another nail extension. I asked him if he should soak them first then he argued with me and continued to pry them off then complained that I wasn’t relaxed. He pried them off and it caused me to bleed.
Overall very painful and lacked skill.

Relaxing atmosphere and extraordinarily talented staff set this salon apart from all others. The "spa" feel is practically meditative with soft music and the noticable lack of loud chatter among the staff. My nail tech (owner) was clearly a talented artist, creating perfection in a unhurried but efficient manner... soft spoken and very pleasant. I will always make Amazing Nails my only place to be for a magnificent mani/pedi at a truly competitive price point. Can hardly wait to experience the array of spa treatments!
