Recently I attempted to withdraw funds from my Arvest account via cashier's check. I was in person and had all needed identity verification. My account was subsequently locked for fraud and Arvest was trying to give me the run around about trying to get my money. I was not notified by any direct means from Arvest, and the ultimate resolution was Arvest unilaterally closing my account because in their words it wasn't a "mutually beneficial relationship" and printing me out a cashier's check for the full account value after much back and forth with the bank. I was given no information as to why all this drama was caused in the first place. Stay away from this bank. They will happily take your deposits but they will put you through hell to make a withdrawal.

They changed the drive thru to atms with access to a teller, but you can not do commercial business unless you go inside. This is the dumbest operation they could do, people do t want to do all automated banking, we need a person to talk to when we go there!

Have 2 business accounts, 2 savings accounts, and a personal account. I visit the bank frequently for deposits/withdrawals, a good attitude from the employees make annoying bank runs a little less annoying. I’ve got a bad attitude the last 10/10 times I visited this branch. I am currently sitting in the managers office while I close my account.

Opened a bank account there three weeks ago and they still can’t manage to fix the online banking issue, three times now I have called it in to the banking center and three times now they promised they will get it fixed ? no reason to have a bank if you can’t check your account

Got a used car loan, messed up due date, did not update current info, had to go in 3 different times after I had already had the loan to get them to correct the mess. Not impressed with the service. This was my second loan but I think I’ll be trying some place else next time!

I've been with arvest since 2015 and I love there service and fees are cheaper than everyone else if they change I might leave but for now I'm satisfied

Have been on hold for 30 min and was on hold for 15 before that when I was hung up on before even talking to someone. Last few calls from here have been unprofessional and unhelpful. I've been banking here for years and this kind of service makes me want to go elsewhere.

I didn't, just curious to see if I can help them with anything or if it is a waste of time for individuals to take notice of themselves singularly and as a whole. Ya know, something along the lines of divided we fall and with nobody there is no head!

Not a good experience after visiting this bank many many time. I was accused of forging my boss's name on his checks. Had to go to cherry street to get my check cashed. That wasn't pleasant either. If I could give a zero I sure would.
