I recently visited my local AT&T store and was lucky enough to be assisted by Austin. His customer service was truly exceptional from start to finish. Austin was not only knowledgeable about all the products but also patient and attentive, making sure to answer all my questions thoroughly. He guided me through the process of selecting the perfect phone, making sure I was comfortable and confident in my choice. Thanks to his expertise, I walked out with a brand-new iPhone 16 Plus, completely satisfied with my purchase. Austin's professionalism and friendly approach made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. Highly recommend visiting this store and asking for Austin if you're looking for top-notch customer service!

Went in to see why my new hot spot is not connecting to 5G. Was told by the internet that this is likely due to an older SIM card.
The employee then took my device to scroll through the settings and landed on the WiFi band settings. Asked if I wanted dual band or 5G only. I was confused.
She showed me the setting which indicated.. dual band (5ghz and 2.4 ghz) or 5ghz or 2.4 ghz. I said that this is not a 5G setting. This became a sort of… argument? And me leaving the store.
Proper training is needed for your employees. A basic understanding of the difference between wifi bands and cellular signals seems like day one material.
Don’t argue with customers, especially if you don’t know what you are talking about.

We arrived at 12:04 on Sunday and the doors were locked. An employee inside saw us and did nothing. We stood outside for almost 10min and they still didn’t open the doors. Or speak to us at all.

Make sure you get any promotions in writing. I was told there was a $350 Visa gift card for signing up for their Internet Air service, & this information was told to me by 3 different employees including one who said she was a manager. I signed up, got my equipment, & never got one. After multiple phone calls with the store & AT&T customer service I was told that promotion doesn't exist & nothing was done to rectify it. I understand mistakes happen, but for multiple employees to tell me the same thing that was not accurate is ridiculous.

Great customer service and amazing help. Everyone was very kind, knowledgeable, and they didn’t make me feel uncomfortable. They didn’t try to oversell me on anything and helped me choose the best phone for me. Will definitely be using this store from now on!
