Austin was amazing! He was very knowledgeable about the product and the services. He did however seemed stretched pretty thin with him being the only one in the store ! He was polite and friendly made the wait seem less than what it was. Would love to see him have some extra support so that he can continue to shine

We had an amazing customer service experience at this store!! We had a bunch of problems with another store and it frustrated us to no end, so when we arrived at this store we were glad that we got answers to each and every question. Austin Hamilton was the person who helped us! He made the process smooth and he just made us feel taken care of. We appreciate him!’

Excellent CS! Dexter and Manager very helpful and patient as we brought our own 5 devices and ported numbers from another cell carrier who failed to value loyalty over 20 years. Hey! A word of advice to the other carrier, loyalty goes a long way. Can you hear ME NOW!?
