If you are looking for a moving company, I would highly recommend Finkbiner. We moved across the state and they did a fabulous job. Earl came to the house to survey our belongings and give us an estimate based on weight. He was within $100 of the final weight. The moving crew was professional and personable. Our realtor stopped by when they were loading the truck and commented on what a great job they were doing.

Only hire this service if you want all of your furniture and belongings lost or damaged. We were moving from out of FL and majority of our furniture was damaged along the way. They unpacked and repacked our moving truck several times along the way without notifying us that they would do so. They damaged or broke the majority of our furniture beyond repair and we had to spend months with their claims department, reaching out and calling them every week before we finally got a payment for the damages that was not even enough to cover a new couch. All our glassware and dishes were broken because they apparently threw around boxes that were clearly labeled “fragile, glass”.If you want all your prized possessions broken and your furniture destroyed then this is the company for you.

Let me start with The Very Best Service in Our Household Moving Experiences! The entire crews from start to finish were pros, packing, loading and unloading. On time clean and so meticulous, right down to the detailed packing and wrapping of our stemware. I have not ever seen such detail and care. Cherie has the best and you can count on them to give the very best service around. We did not have a single loss even down to a glass or picture frame. Our entire contents was from a 4 bedroom 4 bath home with china and crystal and so fourth, filled an entire 53' trailer Thank You so much A.R. Spencer

Location was easy to find and easy to get into and out of with PU or larger truck. Office help was great. Warehouse personnel was prompt and helpful assisting in loading our pallet-sized delivery. Overall a positive experience and would do business with them again.

I would not recommend this company to anyone even though they have some great (delivery) guys that work for them. Finkbiner makes deliveries for Penney's. The first time I ordered (from Penney's): it took them over 3 weeks to deliver a bed even though, they had the mattresses in a timely manner. The bed I ordered was the wrong size so the delivery guys did not unload it. When I went to Penney's, they suggested I cancel that order & pay for another bed on my other credit card. After 3 weeks I also cancelled that order & purchased another bed at Furniture Row which was delivered the same day. Finkbiner never returned either bed to Penney's & have refused to call me back. Now Penney's is trying to make me pay twice for a bed we never got.
