I was just in there and talked to Duncan. He helped me with everything I asked and was very nice. Took time to explain everything. I had questions about my bill and he broke it down and printed it out for me so I can understand it better I would highly recommend if you were an AT&T customer go in and talk to Duncan

Andrew, Duncan, Chris and Kenean were all helpful with my iPhone not being able to update to ISO18.
They pulled out every option and were supportive on trying to get my phone to update.
The store has a very chill and inviting environment to all customers.

This is such a great At&T store. I had to visit a a couple of times with my phone recently. Andrew and Duncan were so helpful, kind, patient and explained a lot about my phone to me. They didn’t try to upsell me on a new phone. Highly recommend this location on S. Glenstone.

Chris, the associate who helped, me was AMAZING. He handled himself with professionalism, patience, and kindness. He was very knowledgeable. He asked probing questions that saved me $50.00 a month on my plan. He referred me to another business that could help me reset my previous phone to Factory Data Reset without remembering my pass code. Thank you Chris for understanding what TRUE EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE IS ALL ABOUT! I'll come back to this location just because of YOU. I
live 30 minutes away, but to be treated well, it will be worth it! Thank you for starting my day off GREAT.

Andrew is the greatest! He worked with me for about an hour, and I still couldn't give him the sale., simply because they didn't t have the color IIwanted.. He found the device I wanted at another ATT locatio. He was so nice, I almost wanted to buy a color I didn't like, but he insisted I get what I wanted somewhere else. Love that guy!

Came in on a Saturday morning with a bunch of questions and a tall order to develop a family plan, as well as explain various fees, discounts etc. Andrew gave us undivided attention and was very thorough. We were pleasantly surprised at the comfortable, transparent convo. He’s been at the Grand/Glenstone location for only a few months but was able to answer all of our questions. Duncan was an associate and also very friendly and helpful.
No one “loves” big phone companies but these guys made us feel like family and shared tips to help us navigate the process efficiently.
Glad they’re here. 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼

Superb customer service! Andrew and his team go above and beyond to help when it's needed, and it's so appreciated, especially since many other places have been so unwelcoming! It's clear that Andrew leads his team effectively, as they (Chris and Duncan) have shown on multiple occasions that can problem-solve a variety of things. Highly recommend!

This place sucks I paid my phone off it's my property but they won't unlock it. They were breached I had 2 phones now my info is all over the dark web and all they can say is we will give you 251 off I don't owe 251 because I don't have service. The 2nd phone I have I called and asked if I could change the number they said 37 dollars to change it. I changed it got a call 2 min later and a man said you think that will stop me watch what I do next the phone went dead. I took it to at& t and the said oh well. So I'm a 57 year old granny that lives by her self been working on my credit for 2 years now. I have kids I have to take care of and basically at&t and one other let me be a victim and don't care and still got my phone locked and it's paid for. ITS MY PROPERTY AND THEY WONT TURN IT LOOSE IM TAKING THEM TO COURT IF I CAN FIND A LAWYER... THEY ARE POOPIE PEOPLE. I DIDNT WANT TO GIVE THEM ONE STAR!!!!!!

We were having problems with my wife's IPhone 14. We went to the store closest to us on Kansas Expressway. The guy who helped us said our phone was trash. Since it was locked up and couldn't get it to respond to touch or face recognition. He told us would need to pay ours off and buy a new one. He was very unprofessional and pushed us to buy a new 15 Max. We decided to go to the south Campbell store to get a second opinion. Keep in mind, we were frustrated and just needed a phone for my wife. We were prepared to pay off this phone we only had for a year and by a new one. Rose M helped us and said let me try to help. She did a soft rest on the phone and all is well. Rose gained a new customer and showed us what customer service should be. Thank you again Rose.
