We came in to upgrade a couple phones and we were lucky enough to have Oscar help us. He told us about charges I had been paying for that I didn’t need. He was professional, VERY knowledgeable, and helped me get the best services that I and my family need. My favorite AT&T representative is the one back home in San Antonio, but Oscar has officially moved up to occupy that place. My S.A. guy is now a distant second. That’s Oscar for your amazing service and assistance!

Very unprofessional, no solutions offered but they sure did get their money first before the rudeness started. Was in the store to upgrade, been a ATT customer forever. Paid off the installments on my phone early, was wanting to order the new iPhone 16, then the rude and unprofessional employee lost a sale because I walked out.

Store didn't open for 10+ minutes passed schedule time, only one rep was there, and he was not helpful at all. We figured out all the info about phones ourselves and picked what we wanted. He only got phone out of back, checked us out. When asked about setup for phone, he was said there's paper in box or to call at&t for help. Very disappointed with service.

Worst customer service ever. No wonder it’s always empty. We purchased and traded our phone here not so long ago and we took a package with unlimited screen protector replacement. The store didn’t honor and the guy is rude. Enjoying getting paid without doing nothing. Not going back to this store ever again.
