They put in the wrong address and sent my phone back to the shipper. I have to wait for at&t to get the phone back before I can get the taxes I already paid back. I wanted to just get one that day but they did not have the displayed phone so they ordered it for me.
It has been a huge hassle and I have wasted a lot of time to not have anything, but if you want to walk in and buy a phone go to the corporate stores and not the retailers. Also the store phone number they gave connects to a store in Texas, Not Springfield, Mo. It's also wrong on Google and says it's located in the battlefield mall. It's actually across the street from the mall. Not happy with this situation.

Brad and Naomi were amazing representatives! It's hard to find attentive workers at the physical stores..... but, they went above and beyond to correct the mistakes made via call center!If you need assistance their your go to team!

I went in on July 28 to get my prepaid phone activated and get my info moved from my old phone. Bradlee was awesome. He couldn't get my old phone to connect to the internet, but, he kept trying different things until he got it to work. He saved me from having to pay Best Buy a $40 fee. Thank you very much Brad!!
