We went in to upgrade phones and they did not have the phones we wanted. The removed the screen protector from my phone and now I can barely see through it. This is an issue because I work in retail and use my phone to show customers products. As of now my phone is still not fixed.
Also since coming in I've had 2 bars service. I usually have 5G+. I'm in the middle of Springfield and should have great service.
The guy we talked to did the best he could but I’d honestly think they would either have screen protectors or have done a credit on our account.
Since leaving the store and updating our lines, I’ve had terrible service. My phones cutting in and out and I can’t hear the people I’m trying to speak with. I’ve actually had to resort to a landline twice today because it has been so bad. This might be unrelated but either way AT&T is providing lackluster service today.
I’m not one to leave bad reviews and would like to resolve this in person, but that of course requires me taking time off work or from my family to go back across town and do this all again.

Over a week later and you can see AT&T replied below and ask me to email them, which I did twice.
They responded and someone would be in touch with me to resolve the situation. No one has been I contact with me and I have still not received my new phone or a screen protector. This is possibly a fluke but I consider this poor customer service.

Dexter “helped” me. Very poor experience. To start - he kept telling customers to either stay in the store or leave because it was messing up his conversion numbers. I thought it was extremely rude. He did not help us set up my new iPhone. He started the process, it took an hour and still had not loaded. We told him it probably needed to be connected to WiFi and he disagreed. We left without my new phone even being connected because he was not helping and he told us, at least 5 times, that we could “go ahead and leave because his part is already done.” When I got home and connected my phones to WiFi, everything transferred very quickly. It seems as though he had no idea what he was doing and he was also extremely rude. The only reason I’m giving two stars instead of one is because I like my new phone.

Well went to Springfield to get the phone paid for and the business was so bad. And here at battlefield they was to helpful to me. And a side note I was in Springfield Missouri for over an hour and paid my phone bill and was told in 15 mins to turn my phone off and then back on and still the phone was not working. My girl was hurting and had to let the dogs out and we was so tired. The ATAT store in fort woodtook my ID and ask questions and the person was very helpful told me that I had to make a pin and and zipcode to my account and then literary I had service within 10 mins. The phone store in Springfield says they are in the best in Springfield, well I can't tell and and never go to Springfield at all. I highly recommend the battlefield in fort wood Missouri to get great service and they get the job done to for you satisfaction and give great refew, battlefield is not good service at all. Battlefield does not deserve a start but to post something I just gave them one.

I still need to get more familiar with you the phone. It appears to not have a biometric or other code to open the phone. My. Old phone had both. There are other things that I need to check.

My husband and I were having issues with our new wireless business account and contacting AT&T direct by phone was not getting us anywhere. We decided to go into this AT&T store as a last resort and spoke with Cory F. who is the store manager. He listened to our problems and was patient/calm and worked all issues out. Thanks to Cory for making our day a little brighter. :)
