The AT&T representative whose name is Rose at your S. Campbell and Republic location in Springfield MO is one of the BEST reps that I have dealt with in a LONG TIME in dealing with phone companies.... and trust me I have dealt with ALL of your competitors. She was attentive, thorough and kind. She is VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE about the products that you sell and figured out a solution to my problem VERY QUICKLY. I wish ALL representatives were like this young lady!! She is truly an ASSET to your customer service department and company!!! 💯
