My son tried to leave this review and for whatever reason it wasn't posted ...I am completely and utterly disgusted with the lack of professionalism, integrity, and accountability from the Audi service department under the management of Cody Mullins. I was advised to reach out to Audi due to repetitive spark plug failure in cylinder 1 from a possible leak that I had notified them of on my first visit. After Audi's 1st multi-point inspection they advised me to RE-replace my battery, pcv valve, and all my spark plugs to fix this issue. After a week or so later my spark plugs fouled out again. Audi then ran another multi-point inspection where they advised me to replace my oil level sensor and vacuum pump, which I guess they did not see after the 1st multi-point inspection. Then once again, a week later my spark plugs foul out again. They then ran their 3rd inspection on my vehicle where they finally concluded that there is indeed oil leaking from my piston into cylinder 1. Cody Mullins (the service manager) FINALLY after multiple visits THEN wants to advise me that the piston leaking is actually a common issue with my year of Audi (2011 A4) and that there was actually a class action lawsuit in regards to this matter. As a "favor" he offers to do enough to get the car back running long enough for me to trade in the vehicle after paying $3618.26 to Audi for pointless repairs, because the whole time I needed to fix the leaking piston (which he said they would generously do for me for an extra $3000-5000). This whole situation is completely appalling to me and I feel scammed by the Audi Service department. I now have a broke down 2011 Audi A4 with only 83k miles. If anyone has had similar issues to this please reach out to me at my email.Attached is the receipts showing I told them about the oil leak........... Fast forward now to a week later lincoln response with incorrect number doesn't even make since and now you are trying to charge my son another 5k to fix you took complete advantage of my son you should be ashamed to be in business! I left Lincoln a message over a week ago and still no return call after company has charge my son almost 4000 in repairs with still broke down car that has been took care of immaculately since bought!

Just crooked. In 2023 we had oil pan changed and repaired. We took our car to Audi in Little Rock and were informed that the gasket on the oil pan is leaking oil and that there is no sign of damage so their guess is they put too much torque on it. This is wreckless and careless and now I have to shell out another 600 plus dollars to get it fixed again. If Audi Springfield had any respect they would either fix this or cover the repair cost in Little Rock. I will also be filing a better business bureau complaint. So I get a follow up and they tell me to contact Lincoln Wisler and I have repeatedly called over the last week and this man never answers phone or returns calls. If you deal with these people be ready to hire an attorney

My A4 has had some challenges and I've had to take it in for service 3 times for the technicians to try to figure out why it was acting up. Each time I was treated with respect and with care to try to resolve my situation. I am so thankful for Audi Service! I will never own a different car based on my experience with the Service Team.
