Everyone is great! I am on my 3rd vehicle and each time I was treated with kindness, respect and attentiveness. Armando came through for my wife and I, again! He knew what we wanted and boy did he deliver. The communication is superb, they can now text pictures of what you're interested in when something comes through. My wife says Armando now has a sidekick (mngr) Brandon and a crony, Dax 🤭
They're all great, hard working guys that go above and beyond to help you get into a great vehicle.

This is somewhat, going to be emotional for me….ive sat in my house for the 5 years of my life. I let addiction rule my life. Didn’t have a car, Job nor any goals. The Lord recently put my addiction down. And he led me right to, Armando! When I walked through the company doors. Armando shot right out of his chair and had the brightest and friendliest smile. After we talked about what I was looking for. I explained to Armando my story and situation. From that moment forward, Armando put himself in my shoes and with love and empathy filling his heart. It wasn’t just my goal to drive away but, Armando’s. He exemplified and exceeded, what the standard for customer service is! This young man, has such a knack for doing what is right, by the customer and just not about, his commission. I beg you! If you’re reading this. And maybe you may be in the same type of situation as me. Armando Helgueros is the man to see at Auto by Rent, L.L.C. May God bless him and his entire bloodline, in abundance! Went in to check out vehicles, had Armando’s help and all I can say it was the best experience I’ve received!
Told my price range and he made sure we stayed in that area! Showed cars that would suit me best!
