The best car buying experience I have ever had in 45 years! Todd is honest,not pushy, He went above and beyond to make sure my used car was perfect! While his ad says no warranty he does have 2 extended warranties you can buy ...he does not push that sale on you at all , although I bought one because I want one. I drove 2 hours to buy from Todd and have already been telling my friends to check with him first worth the drive. The 5 star rating is too low for the services I received! 10 stars all the way

Found Auto shack from Facebook market place. Went to see a car Todd had and he was extremely easy to deal with, no hassles. Great car shopping experience, drove away in a great vehicle. Will look to him again in the future if needing another car. Very clean and reliable trucks and cars to choose from as well.

Todd is an ex-cattle farmer, ex-middle school teacher, and now a one-man-show car salesman. He's no-nonsense, and in my experience, won't try and swindle you. Bought 2011 Subaru Forester from him this summer and he was very kind and helpful through the whole car buying experience. He had very fair prices, he let me test drive my car for a few hours, and even filled up the tank after I bought it!
Since it's just him running the show, sometimes if he was busy I would have to wait until our schedules aligned, but I didn't mind. Felt more like I was buying a car from a friend than a car salesman. He goes to auctions himself and picks the cars he wants, so he knows he has good cars and won't be pushy. Auto Shack does have less stock than most big dealers, so just keep that in mind. If you want a very specific car today, then he might not be your best bet. But if you are shopping around for a new-used car and aren't in a hurry, definitely swing by the Auto Shack and talk to Todd!

So far so good. Purchased today. Came with a better than average 90 day warranty just in case. Even filled up the tank. We enjoyed visiting with Todd. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle we were possibly buying. Gave me fair value for my trade and was transparent about what he would probably sell ours for. Was easy to work with. If he has what we're in the market for we definitely would consider buying from him again.
