I went here this morning to get a new battery as it was corroded and leaking acid. They told me it was still a "good battery" and just cleaned it up for me. Well, that wasn't sitting right with me, as I've had my car for four years and never changed the battery, AND it was corroded!!!! So I went to O'Reilly's and had them check it out, and they actually showed me on their screen that it said "bad battery, unsafe to operate." So they got it changed for me and they were even able to remove the "welded on" terminal, as Autozone said. So now I have a new battery and terminal all thanks to O'Reilly's! The people here at Autozone that helped me were very kind, but I'm disappointed that they lied to me.

I needed a new battery for my vehicle and I was able to purchase a great quality battery for a reasonable price that includes a 3-year warranty. Special shout-out to Lester; from explaining my options to installing the new battery into my car, he went above and beyond to assist me!
The customer service was top notch!
