Our story started when my husband had to be life flighted to springfield to save his life. After a week in the hospital we were trying to get home to West Plains. Our car broke down a block from this store. Jeremiah helped me get back to my car and got it boosted. We got it to the store and they put a new battery on it for me. These guys went above and beyond to help us and we made it home safe. I can't say enough good things about the guys in this store. Thank you so much.

I went in for headlight connector, had it and some electrical tape, their attendant told me he'd go check the gage size for the butt connector needed, helped a customer who came in after me, I waited 16 minutes, he almost helped another until he saw me, then got a coworker to help that guy and then when I went up front was on the phone for the other customer again. After that, I just left

Just walked in at couple minutes past 8. Store was still open, doors open and lights on. After walking in the back of the store to look at oil, the woman tells the kid working there to tell me I can’t be checked out because they close at 8. I’ll no longer be shopping at AZ. This was the east Sunshine store.

Sarah was a great help. She helped me find a discounted price for a better battery with a longer warranty and showed me what to look out for the next time I'd need a new one.

They don't stock as many parts as the other stores and often have to have the parts brought over from the South Campbell store. Other than that they are a good place for parts

We stopped needing some help with our van, we were pretty sure it was a battery but didn’t know for certain. We stopped at Autozone on Sunshine and Mike was extremely helpful! He came outside to help without prompting, offered to scan the car, and installed a new battery all within 20 minutes!

First off im a PSM (part sales manager) at autozone and the customer service at this store is unacceptable especially for a manager to act the way they do in this store they will ask you cash or card if you say card they tell you to use the self checkout and not want to interact with the customer and there was another manager there that didnt help any customer and there was three customers standing there waiting and all he did was ask the same question cash or card and had the gentleman use the self checkout and they have told me they do it so there witt scores are good im sorry but me personally witt isnt my priority helping and interacting with customers i making sure i help them to get there parts and what they need the first time and make the customer in to a loyal customer i have customers come back to me because of the customer service
