Avon Store customer service is absolutely HORRIBLE. Since bass pro has purchased the store it has depleted in all areas. 6 times calling Monday evening and 6 times disconnected. The last called a mangercouldnt even get in the phone. A simple question if a red dot was in stock before we make the hour drive. The woman operator was rude and bitter. Her excuse was they don't have time for people on the phone when there is a custome run the store. Well excuses the hell outta me. A customer is a customer. Period. When a customer had purchased literally thousands in your store and you can't get a manger to look up stock or cross train a person..asst manager maybe to look up an item? We check before we go make this trip because we have come across times where it says in stock, make the trip and it is not there.Horrible Horrible Horrible

Absolutely trash company because My del time 6:30 pm I was come and guys say me come tomorrow 7:00am. Not very driver friendly here at all. Won't be back to deliver!!!!

Its sad. They buy Cabela's. I ordered stuff from store in Louisville ky. For today pickup. I have no product and they have my money. Never again will these 2 stores ever see my money again. You steal from them and get locked up. But they can steal from you and suffer no consequences. Save your money. They are over priced anyway. By looks at how many customers are in the stores. They are going out of business. Matter of time.

Not very driver friendly here at all.
1st got to the gate at 0635. Told they don't open until 0700, no you can't stay here for 25 minutes. So had to leave property, drive around SPRINGFIELD for 20 minutes to get back in line....
Get back around to the check in door after security gate, check on here, again, and get told...oh, they double booked your appointment time, so you'll have to wait on the other guy to get empty first out of 137 then you can back in....
250 some doors here, but we can only unload one trailer at a time out of one and only one dock..... ridiculous. Won't be back to deliver.

Absolute trash company. These people are straight leftist. I tried canceling my order 10 minutes after placing it. They told me I had to wait until after I got tracking. These tools send me tracking at 10:02 pm and I tried to cancel in the morning of which they said it was too late. They’re a bunch leftist. Stay away from these companies at all costs. It’s such nonsense lies.
